This is a great little machine. It looks nice and works well. I only wish I could attach it to my kitchen counter a bit tighter. It seems like you need three hands to do process the dough.

got this for my husband for christmas. he's an avid chef & really into making his own pasta. his one request was the imperia pasta machine so that he could roll out perfectly thin sheets to make all his various pastas! thank goodness i found this one because i had read other reviews talking about non-original imperia machines...and i almost bought them. don't know how they perform, but he is absolutely in love with this one. it stays on our counter...never put away.
